These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users and guests who visit the website www.feradisresort.com, make reservations, or benefit from the services of Feradis Resort.

By using the website, making a reservation, or using the services of the property, the user is deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE

These Terms regulate:

  • Reservation processes

  • Conditions for benefiting from accommodation and facility services

  • The mutual rights and obligations of the parties

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE

The User agrees to use the website in compliance with applicable laws, public morals, and regulations.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or commercial use of the website is prohibited.

4. RESERVATION AND USE OF SERVICES

Reservations are made via the website or through authorized communication channels of Feradis Resort.
The person making the reservation accepts that all provided information is accurate and up to date.

Feradis Resort shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Service fees are charged based on the prices specified at the time of reservation.
The selected rate type (non-refundable, free cancellation, etc.) determines the reservation conditions and cannot be modified later.

6. CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT AND REFUND

Cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions are governed by:

  • The Distance Sales Agreement

  • The rate type and conditions specified during the reservation

Accommodation services provided on specific dates are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

7. GUEST ACCOMMODATION AND PROPERTY RULES

Guests are required to comply with the Feradis Resort Guest Accommodation Policy and property rules.

In case of violation, Feradis Resort reserves the right to:

  • Terminate the service

  • Cancel the reservation

  • Request the guest to leave the property

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. SECURITY AND CCTV

CCTV recording is conducted in common areas to ensure the safety of the property.
These recordings are used solely for security and legal purposes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Feradis Resort shall not be held liable for interruptions or delays caused by:

  • Force majeure events

  • Infrastructure failures

  • Issues arising from third-party service providers

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) belongs to Feradis Resort or is used under license.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Statement.

12. RIGHT TO AMEND

Feradis Resort reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In consumer-related disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

14. EFFECTIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE

By using the website, making a reservation, or benefiting from the services, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
