3. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This contract determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the service/product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the buyer ordered electronically through the www.feradisresort.com website.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The purchased service/product is sent digitally to the email address specified by the buyer. There is no physical product delivery. Delivery will be made within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For digitally delivered products/services, the Buyer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days before delivery without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply after digital delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification to bilgi@feradisresort.com is sufficient.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT VALID
• Services that begin with the buyer's express approval
• Digital content delivered instantly electronically (e.g. gift card, e-ticket)
• For personalized products that cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

7. COMPETENT COURT

In case of any disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's location are competent, in accordance with the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.

8. ENFORCEMENT

The Buyer declares that they have read all the terms and conditions of this agreement and, by placing an order, they accept them. This agreement shall enter into force upon completion of the order and shall be valid electronically between the parties.
