GUEST ACCOMMODATION POLICY

At Feradis Resort, this Guest Accommodation Policy is implemented to ensure that all our guests enjoy a comfortable, safe, and peaceful stay.

The rules outlined in this policy are binding for all guests staying at our property.

1. AGE POLICY

The minimum age requirement for accommodation is 14.
Guests under the age of 14 are not permitted at the property.

2. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

All guests are required to present valid official identification at check-in.
Guests who fail to provide identification will not be admitted.

3. VISITOR POLICY

​

Visitors who are not registered guests are subject to the approval of hotel management.
In the case of unauthorized visitors, the management reserves the right to take necessary administrative actions and, if deemed appropriate, terminate the reservation.

4. QUIET HOURS & USE OF COMMON AREAS

Guests are kindly requested to respect the comfort of others, particularly during nighttime hours, and to avoid excessive noise.

All guests are expected to comply with general etiquette, property rules, and staff guidance when using common areas.

5. PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed within the property.

6. COMPLIANCE WITH HOTEL RULES

All guests staying at Feradis Resort are deemed to have accepted the property rules.
In case of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and terminate the stay unilaterally.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. ALL-INCLUSIVE CONCEPT

All-inclusive accommodation rates include:

• Dinner

Mini bar items and alcoholic beverages are not included in the all-inclusive concept and are subject to additional charges.

8. INTERNAL TRANSPORTATION

​

Transportation within the property is provided by golf carts.Guest vehicles are not permitted in the accommodation area.

9. ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE

Due to its natural terrain and site layout, Feradis Resort is unable to provide full accessibility for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users.

​

The property includes sloped pathways, varying elevation levels, and an internal transportation system operated by golf carts. Therefore, the infrastructure is not fully suitable for wheelchair access.

 

Guests with special accessibility requirements are kindly advised to contact the resort prior to making a reservation in order to obtain detailed information regarding the property's facilities and accessibility conditions.
