Delivery and Return Conditions

1. Delivery Terms

Reservations, gift cards, special event tickets, or restaurant pre-orders made through the Feradis Resort website are confirmed and delivered electronically. There are no physical product shipments.
• All confirmations will be sent to you via e-mail after the transaction is completed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Accommodation Reservations
• If the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the check-in date, a full refund will be provided.
• For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in date.

Restaurant and Event Pre-Orders
• Special events or dinner reservations can be canceled up to 3 days before the event date.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made within the last 72 hours.

Gift Cards
• Digital gift cards cannot be returned or converted into cash after purchase.
• Gift cards can only be used for services within Feradis Resort.

3. Return Process

The refund process will be initiated once your cancellation request is approved and your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
